An amazing, wonderful thing happened at Sliders today...

We had a lovely experience in the shop today at lunch time. One of our fabulous regular customers whom we all enjoy serving was counting out her money whilst waiting for her meal. Another customer saw her with all of her coins spread out on the table and quietly came up to see me at the counter. He said he wanted to pay for this lady's meal. When we had the pleasure of telling her that her bill had been taken care of, her face lit up. This small gesture from a stranger had absolutely made this woman's day. Its so nice to be reminded that the people can be good and kind hearted. On behalf of Sliders and our regular customer, we'd like to thank this man, who did something nice for someone and asked for nothing in return. What a legend.
